Okay is this yeast? or something else?

Okay so I'm way to scared to go to a doctor and get checked out but i probably will have to. Anyway! I have pains, and like I have random itching, but (okay you know when girls shave down stairs with a razor and you get indents?) alright well i have the indents (Its also purple like its bruised -WTF-) but i have shaved it for like a week.. anyway, this just only started happening and i havent see any white thingys giving it signs to being yeast, any ideas on what the hell it is?....BTW I am a virgin if that helps in anyway!
