Nails have weird little bumps, alot of them?

A common reason these "ridges" or "Bumps" appear is because of damage to the nail. Do you where fake nails? Do you rip them off instead of waiting for them to fall off? If so, try to avoid this! You can take a nail file and file them down so they are even, just apply a top coat or some sort of growth promoting polish. problem solved. :)
