How to get rid of a piercing scar?

back in september i (it was going around at school, and i was stupid enough to be apart of it, ok?!) asked my mom if i could get my eyebrow pierced. she said no so i pierced it myself. first time, it was a complete failure and i told my mom a tree branch cut me. second time, my mom saw and made me take it out. now my left eyebrow has a really ugly scar. the eyebrow hair is all uneven. so for the past 8 months, i have been covering it over with eyeliner. i used a needle and now where i pierced it is all thick and hard and indented. i know, i'm stupid, but, like i said: it was a fad going around at school and i was stupid enough to join in. how do i fix my eyebrow? thanks
