Smoked out of an Altoids box?

Hello a couple days ago, i got an Altoids box poked holes in one corner, pressed to make an indent. then i poked a hole on the opposite side for my mouth i put tobacco in the corner, and lit it up with a bic lighter and used it about three times since i have had, it has been 3 days since then, and i have been seeing things differently, and every thing looks weird, i believe i may have took in paint fumes from the box when i used it, and i don'tt know what is wrong with me or what to do. Any information or advice would be greatly appreciated.
