Morning after pill failure? i need help...pleaseplease!?

i had unprotected sex with my boyfriend when we were really drunk, not even 12 hours later we got the plan B pill , and i read the instructions took pill 1 and pill 2 twelve hours later. im kinda getting nervous it didnt work, bc im irregular, could that affect it at all? and it might be all in my head, but i feel like my boobs got bigger and ive been nausious and tired. but is it all in my head? or is there a way the plan B pill actually didnt work? plz help me, im only 16 !! thanks in advance.
