Pimple/lump on vagina lip?!?

Ok, i clean EVERYDAY, but it judt showed up rabdomly so u popped it, which i know i should not have. Pus came out, followed by a massive scab whuch fell of in the bath noe its indented?!?!?!?!?!?! Will it heal and go away? Scaring wont be a problem as i always use bio oil
