Twelve rounds in, which sides have most exceeded/failed to meet your pre-season expectations?

West Coast..way above expectations. Being an Eagles supporter I didn't expect them to get past tenth. But fifth? Wish they would play Gaff however. St Kilda and the Bulldogs obviously failed there. But also Brisbane a little, as well as Adelaide, especially because Neil Craig said "top four". Essendon also exceeded my expectations up to know. They seem to be tapering off a little. Could be the James Hird effect.
